I am a Licensed Broker and Realtor for West Usa Realty.

My past experience has been in residential resales, investment properties, new construction and land.

In the last few years, I have gone from a traditional listing agent to primarily a short sale agent. 

I have worked with many homeowners in very different and unique situations who had to sell their home via a short sale.

I know the facts, not the myths or theories, about the process from start to end. These facts include credit implications and legal implications, as well as your responsibility as a homeowner during the transaction.

Short sales are a lot of work and can take months to close. Beware of professionals who tell you otherwise.

In addition, no two short sales are alike. There is not a cookbook answer to any of these transactions. What worked with one lender and with one homeowner, may not work with the next one.
