Short Sales Rescue

We were referred to Sandra via a  friend to try to sell our house. Sandra did the comparisons in the neighborhood and we did not have enough equity to clear the loan. We thought our only option was foreclosure but Sandra educated us on the short sale process. Within a few weeks, we qualified for a short sale.  She listed our house and was fantastic throughout the whole process. We can't say enough good things about her and the help she has given us through this very difficult time.

Our adjustable rate mortgage went up and we were not able to refinance our house. We had already missed two payments. We were too embarassed to get help or let anyone know since we had never been in this kind of situation before. We found Sandra through a very close  friend that we finally confided in, and the rest is history. The only regret we have is in not contacting her earlier.
